Manager

Franci Bratkovič is a university graduate in economics and  electrical engineering, born in 1966 in Novo mesto.

He began his professional career in 1989 working in Iskra, at the Resistance Factory in Šentjernej. Between 1991 and 2006 he was employed at the Tilia Insurance Company. In fifteen years with the company he has performed various executive duties and became an assistant to the member of the board in 1997, in charge of founding and managing the new subsidiary in Novo mesto. A year later he was appointed to the Management Board, and was its president in 2001. In 2006 he became the manager of Novo mesto based company Termotehnika.

Board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela krajina appointed him as the manager of the first independent chamber of commerce. His four year term began on 1 September 2007.
