Manager

Tomaž Kordiš, a chemical technology engineer, was born in 1964 in Novo Mesto.

His career started at the company Belt  in Črnomelj in 1988 . From 1992 to 2011 he was employed at Danfoss Compressors and later at Secop compressors. During this period he led a department of chemical technology and ecology, and from 2005 a department for environment. He is also an outside expert consultant of Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology, where he is the lead auditor of quality management systems, environmental management, safety and health at work and EMAS. Since 2008 he is the President of the Section of Environment and Energy at the Chamber.

Board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela krajina appointed him as the manager of the first independent chamber of commerce. His four year term began on 3rd January 2012, the 3rd four year term began on 1st January 2020.

 

Former manager

Franci Bratkovič, a university graduate in economics and  electrical engineering, managed the Chamber from its foundation on 1 September 2007 until 31 December 2011.
